Changes on Reservation procedure to take effect from 01 April 2011, details as follows:
A) BVC Home Hotels & Resorts (Inventories)
Advance reservation is open on a daily basis up to a maximum period of 365 days before the intended check-in dates. (For example: Reservation made on 1st April 2011, booking is open for reservation to 31st March 2012 with the flexibility to allow the check-out dates exceed to the 7th day of the maximum booking period of 365 days, i.e. the latest check-out date allowed will be on or before 7th April 2012)
Cancellation and Amendment Notice for Confirmed Bookings:
To avoid any forfeiture of the entitlement nights the following must be strictly abide to:
- Bookings from 07 days to 90 days – No Cancellation and Amendment allowed.
- Bookings from 91 days to 180 days – One (1) Week from the date of confirmation.
- Bookings from 181 days to 270 days – Two (2) Week from the date of confirmation.
- Bookings from 271 days to 365 days – Three (3) Week from the date of confirmation.
All cancellations and /or amendments must be done at BVC Online Reservation System via BVC Website: www.berjayavacation.com.my
Kindly take note that Amendment is only applicable within the same date of the hotels and resorts that is booked i.e. reduction of rooms and night. Besides this all other amendment will be treated as Cancellation.
Terms and Conditions: For eve of PH / PH / School Holidays / Weekend Bookings - Strictly conform to double the room entitlement of the membership type (Esteem 4 rooms & Executive / Access 2 rooms) - Allowed to hold one (1) booking during Peak Season. - Maximum 3 nights stays

B) Internal Affiliated Hotels & Resorts **(For Berjaya Hotels and Resorts) **
Advance reservation is open on a daily basis up to a maximum period of 180 days before the intended check-in dates.
(For example: Reservation made on 1st April 2011, booking is open for reservation to 30th September 2011 with the flexibility to allow the check-out dates exceed to the 7th day of the maximum booking period of 180 days, i.e. the latest check-out date allow will be on or before 7th October 2011)
Cancellation and Amendment Notice for Confirmed Bookings:
- Bookings from 14 days to 30 days – No Cancellation and Amendment allowed.
- Bookings from 31 days to 180 days – One (1) Month from the date of check-in.
** Cancellation and Amendment that do not conform to the above guideline will result in your room entitlement and surcharge paid being forfeited.
All cancellations and/or amendments should be either:
a) Fax to 603-21419288 using BVC Booking Form or; b) Submit via Internal Affiliate's Reservation Form in BVC Website: www.berjayavacation.com.my or; c) Email to bvcreservation@berjaya.com.my with membership number and required information.
NOTE: ** Subject to terms and conditions in the contract for accommodation between Berjaya Vacation Club and the respective individual hotel which may vary from hotel to hotel.
C) External Affiliated Hotels & Resorts **(For Non-Berjaya Hotels and Resorts)**
1. Log in to BVC official website www.berjayavacation.com.my
2. Click on "Members' Corner" button on the left panel menu
3. Click on "External Online Reservation" button to display the Log-in Page of the service provider website.
4. Key in the details as follows:
ID Code: (Please Call BVC Member Services) Member's Name: Membership Number:
5. Upon successful login, go to "Affiliated Hotels" button or "Select your holiday destinations" drop down menu to select your preferred destination and holiday package. To view the package details and rates, click on the "Package" or "Book" button.
Step 5.1: Select the hotel. You may want to check the season calendar which shows the seasonal rates by clicking on the "Season Calendar" link.
Step 5.2: a) Select your Check-In Date and Check Out Date. If your duration of stay exceeds the minimum no of nights stay set in the package, the Extension Night box will show the number of extension nights.
b) Select your Room Category and click on "CHECK RATES". This will display the corresponding package price in the table below.
c) Key in the Total Adults and Total Child(ren) and Total Infants in your traveling group. Children are between 2 and 12 years old inclusive and infants are below 2 years old. If there are no children or infants, please enter 0 in the respective boxes.
Step 5.3: The table shows the package rates corresponding to the check-in/check-out dates that you have chosen.
Under the Room Type columns, key in the number of adults that will be occupying the room as Single, Twin (2 persons sleeping in a room), Triple (3 persons to a room) or Quadruple (4 persons to a room). It is important that the number of adults entered into the boxes correspond with the total number of adults given in Step 2
If you have children in your traveling group, key in the number of children occupying the room as Child/STwin (child sleeping on a bed), Child/Extra Bed (child sleeping on an extra bed) or a Child/No Bed (child sleeping with parents without an extra bed) as well as Infants/No Bed (no bed is provided for infants). It is important that the number of children and infants entered into the boxes correspond with the total number of children and infants given in Step 2
Step 5.4: You may enhance your holiday by selecting your optional activities & enter the number of adults or children corresponding to the selected activities. The prices for the activities will display instantly.
Step 5.5: Miscellaneous - at times the hotel may offer optional add on i.e. Fishing Trip on per boat charter basis, select & the prices for miscellaneous add on will display instantly.
Step 5.6: Other charges/fees i.e. airport tax for airline packages will display automatically if applicable.
Grand Total for holiday packages and your selected optional is auto calculated and display instantly. At this point, you can still make any changes on your requirements and get instant quotation display in the Grand Total column until it meets your holiday budget.
Step 5.7: Key in all travelers (both adult & child) particulars i.e. title, name as in passport, nationality, passport number (Overseas hotels booking) / IC number (Malaysia hotels booking), passenger type (adult/child/infant) and date of birth.
Click to add more column if you have more than 4 persons in your traveling group.
Step 5.8: Remember to key in your membership number and contact information. If you have any special requests or info i.e. inter-connecting room for family, honeymoon trip, confirmed arrival & departure flight details etc please type in the Remarks column.
Step 5.9: Please key in your full credit card details (Visa or MasterCard only) on this SSL secured booking page before submitting your booking to the hotel. Please note that you will only be charged when the hotel can confirm your booking.
Read through the terms & conditions, click in the acceptance box to agree & submit booking online.
Upon successful booking submission, you will have a booking summary copy with unique Booking Reference number with prefix "BK"; a copy will be emailed for your record.

Children Age Definition:
BVC members are reminded that only children within age of 0-24 months are classified as under aged and therefore will not be charged at overseas hotels and resorts. Children between the ages of 2 to 12 years will be charged the applicable child rate.
