 1.  Reservation Guidelines:
Effective from 1st October 2007, reservation procedures will be amended as follows:
  • Advance reservation is opened up to a maximum period of three (3) months before the intended check-in dates instead of six (6) months which is currently practiced.

    (For example: 1st October 2007 booking is for reservation dates up to 31st December 2007)

    ** However, we still accept bookings made between September 2007 and 31st January 2008 for the period until 31st March 2008. Beginning from 1st February 2008, advanced bookings will be accepted until 30th April 2008 only.

  • Notice of cancellation and/or amendment is 14 days before the actual check-in date, failing which the member's entitlement and surcharges where applicable will be forfeited. Members should avoid calling the hotel/resort for advise on any cancellation and/or amendment.

    (NOTE: The above notice of cancellation is subject to change for super peak season reservations.)

  • All cancellations and/or amendments should be either;

    1. Fax to 603-21419288 using BVC Reservation Form or,
    2. Submit via Online Reservation Form in www.berjayavacation.com.my BVC Website or;
    3. Email to bvcreservation@berjaya.com.my with membership number and required information.
 2.  Children Age Definition:
BVC members are reminded that only children within age of 0-24 months are classified as under aged and therefore will not be charged at overseas hotels and resorts. Children between the ages of 2 to 12 years will be charged the applicable child rate.

 3.  How to use the tele-reservation service:
Step 1 – Call our Member Services Hotline at 03-2116 9999 and provide details of your holiday plans; i.e. destination, dates of travel and number of room required.

Step 2 – Should the desired dates of travel or resorts be unavailable, our Member Services Executive will offer you alternative dates or resorts on the spot.

Step 3 – Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will fax you a copy of the confirmation slip. (n/b: the confirmation slip will only be mailed to you three month before the traveling date)

* Tele-reservation is only applicable for rooms / apartments under BVC Inventory (For local Berjaya Hotels & Resorts only)

** For any tele-reservation booking under guest assignment, a booking form is required immediately upon confirmation of the booking.
