Important Notes For Bookings to Affiliated Hotels / Resorts #
Advance reservation is open on a daily basis up to a maximum period of 180 days before the intended check-in dates.
Eg.: Reservation made on 1st January 2010, booking is open for reservation to 30 June 2010 with the flexibility to allow the check-out dates exceed to the 7th day of the maximum booking period of 180 days, i.e. the latest check-out date allowed will be on or before 7th July 2011.
Cancellation/Amendment Notice:
• Bookings from 14 days to 90 days – No cancellation and/or amendment allowed
• Bookings from 91 days to 180 days – One (1) Week from the date of confirmation
All cancellations and/or amendments must be done either :
a) online using Affiliate’s Reservation Form via BVC Website: www.berjayavacation.com.my ;or
b) by Fax to 603-21419288 using BVC Reservation Form; or
c) Email to bvcreservation@berjaya.com.my with membership number and relevant information.
Cancellation and/or amendment that do not conform to the above guidelines will result in your room entitlement and surcharges paid (where applicable) be forfeited.
# Subject to terms and conditions in the contract for accommodation between Berjaya Vacation Club Berhad and the respective individual hotel which may vary from hotel to hotel.
